This policy explains how The Beauty Specialist Academy (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Information we collect
When you send an enquiry using the form on our Contact Us page, we collect your full name, contact number, email address, the course you are interested in (if selected) and your message.
How we use your information
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry about our courses, fees and payment plan. Your enquiry is sent to us by email. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Spam protection
To protect the form from abuse, we temporarily keep an irreversibly scrambled (hashed) version of your internet (IP) address and the times of your enquiries. These records are deleted after about one hour.
Cookies
The Contact Us page uses a single, essential session cookie to protect the enquiry form against misuse. It is deleted when you close your browser. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Third-party content
The Contact Us page shows an embedded Google Map, and our social media links lead to Facebook and Instagram. These services have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
